Improvement over the first

Like the first one, pretty good animation, excellent voice acting, and a pretty good script. I think the last line could've used some work, but overall, it was quite funny. At the moment, they each seem a bit short, but when they're all in a collection (something I really hope happens) that won't be so much of a complaint. Good work!

Excellent Start

A lot of good jokes in this one, having good voice actors helps, and smooth animation too. I think the only suggestion I'd have for the visual look is to add more style to it, especially the backgrounds, which can feel like they should be slightly more stylized to add to the mood. Something about the music seemed a bit out of place though, can't quite say what it was. Should be a bit catchier, perhaps? I'm not sure if you have a choice in the matter though. Very nice work overall, looking forward to the next episode!

Humorous, if not Insightful

It's impressive how funny you made this flash using just shots of one blandly drawn character. I suppose it's a credit to Tomamato's acting, and thus to your script. I also credit you for, in a way making fun of both sides of the issue, such that it wasn't really offending to anyone despite Tony's 'stance' on guns. I suppose my main recommendation would be to illustrate some of Tony's points on the side as he talks about them. This has certainly convinced me to see the rest of your sherry enigma series, and is overall a good work, despite some room for improvement. Keep it up!

Excellent First Flash

Your submission shows you have a lot of potential, and you should definitely keep making movies. The main thing I would suggest, however, is to try using camera angles other than the front, back and side views. For example, try using an isometric perspective(from above and to the right/left). You clearly have the artistic skills to do this, and I think it would make the movie even better. Still, it's amazing work for your first submission - add a bit more story and use some of the animation suggestions I've given, and you will have a quality movie on your hands.

Nicely done

The concept was very original, and several good jokes resulted from it, especially within the battle. The movie's weakness is the animation, but it wasn't bad, and several of the attacks in the battle were well executed. If you were to make a sequel, the obvious thing to do would be to move to other subjects. To that end, I'd recommend putting in a few 'in-jokes' regarding the relation of the names of the attacks to their effects. The concept has a lot of potential, keep up the good work.

Alright, thx.
I think im gonna stick wif Bio vs. Chem in the 2nd sequel..
But there's a twist in it.... I think, lol

Nice Work

As you've no doubt discovered, the idea itself isn't terribly original, but the way you executed it was fine. I'd say you could use a little work on the animation and perhaps make the new lyrics slightly brawl related, but still a good piece of work.

In light of all the comments on the real lyrics, I'm pretty sure the lyrics you got are a fan translation from the Smashboards website that came out based off the Japanese lyrics before the game was released in the US (hence the small differences from the official translation).

More Awesome in Every Way

This movie was impressive on so many levels. The humor was top notch as usual, the voices were great, even the animation, which you make a point of doing badly, had moments of goodness. To tell the truth, I hadn't been keeping track of the delays and had no idea this was coming. The message was still heartfelt and I'm sure we'll all continue to support you.

If this is really the last 'Awesome' movie you plan on making, I can respect that. It does limit you in some ways, and I'd like to see how well you can animate. It must be hard to turn in a different direction, especially after all this well-deserved praise. My only regret is that you didn't make a 'Super Awesome Brothers Brawl'. Still, if you just kept making 'one more' again and again, you'd never get to new things.

Good luck in your endeavors; that movie was AWESOME.

Perhaps overrated, still very good

There wasn't really anything profound about the actual animation, but the concept was very well executed. The visual style and the music you chose (this must be the 300th time you've read this) really conveyed an epic feeling. Overall, it's interesting in that it's not a comedy, but it's not a drama; it's really a super-tribute. I don't mean to be offensive, and I think it's very good (certainly beyond my skills today) but perhaps it is a bit overrated. Still, it absolutely deserves the front page and the portal history collection. Nice work, keep it up.

indigoApe responds:

Thank you, and regardless to whether or not I've heard it 300 times, it still is great to get a review.

It's really overrated and I'm really not ashamed to say it. I don't really think this deserves anything it has gotten now, and I'm quite grateful for that.

Im glad you enjoyed this, thanks for the review <3

Would like to see more...

Admittedly Sonic as a franchise is a little outdated, but the idea of the project and the animation itself came out nicely. Lack of interactivity, flat-out humor, etc. is disappointing, but I can see that's not really what your trying to do. Anyway, I'd like to see more of these "intro ports", maybe Ghost in the Shell into FF7! (LOL) Whatever, you do, keep it up!

OMFG! This keeps getting better!!

After seeing this episode I have one thing to say. Hahahahahahahhahah!! (come to think of it, I say that after every episode) Dude, this just keeps getting better! I was a little disappointed that you made the ethers you get in the game chicken, but you've had (almost) too many ether jokes so far anyway. The bonus scene and the one where the court shows him eating the old man's lunch makes up for it all!! (YOU ATE ANOTHER MAN'S LUNCH! What?! That never happened!!) Keep up tghe good work. Waiting for for CTU 11 (can't wait to see Chrono walk across the chancelor, hah!)

Cryokenetic responds:

Awesome! Glad you liked it! I was gonna make it chicken with ethers stuffed in, but all the jokes I came up with were either lame or out of place, so I left it out.
